SHIPPING POLICY

 

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States, however, we are hoping to expand territories in the near future! We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Order processing and fulfillment typically take 1-3 business days before shipping with USPS. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on Monday unless it’s a holiday. There may be delays in processing orders due to high volume, US holidays, and/or promotional offers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

​We want you to be happy with your candle! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 14 days from delivery to request an RGA number and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging to be considered for a full refund. We do not cover for return shipping. Please e-mail cs@sanddollarcandlecompany.com

 

Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We’ll send you a refund notice via e-mail. Please note, it can take your bank 1 to 10 business days to refund your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

While fulfillment tries their best to wrap your items as best they can to avoid damages and breakages, there are times items will arrive damaged during shipping, and we want to make it right! Please notify us of any damages as soon as you receive your delivery. Please be sure to take a photo of the damaged product, including the shipping box. Include your full name, order number, and item number located on your original receipt.
